This policy describes the AgentDisk desktop software and its Google Drive integration. AgentDisk runs on your device. If another person or organization distributes a modified version or operates a separate OAuth client with different data practices, that operator must disclose those practices separately.

Data we access

When you connect Google Drive, the application can access file and folder names, IDs, metadata, content, change information, and the permissions needed for features you use. It requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive because presenting an entire Drive as a file system requires access beyond files created by AgentDisk.

How data is used

AgentDisk uses Drive data to show folders and files, read and write content, synchronize changes, and perform file operations you initiate or authorize through configured local agents. If you enable them, local caching, content indexing, search, backup copies, and sharing features may also process the relevant files. AgentDisk's maintainers do not use Google Drive data for advertising or to train generalized AI models.

Storage and sharing

AgentDisk stores connection credentials in your operating system's keyring when available, or in a locally protected file when it is not. It can store file metadata, cached content, pending writes, logs, and optionally extracted text or search indexes on your device. These remain until you remove them or the application's cleanup rules remove them.

The software communicates with Google APIs to provide the connected Drive features. Your files may also be sent to another storage provider when you configure copying or pooling, or to a service you configure for optional features such as embeddings, proxies, or agent integrations. Sharing a file may grant access according to the sharing action you choose. AgentDisk does not operate a central service that receives your Drive files by default.

Your choices and deletion

You control which account to connect, which optional features to configure, and which local agents may access files. You can revoke AgentDisk's Google access in your Google Account permissions, disconnect the account in AgentDisk, and remove local application data from your device. Revoking access does not itself delete files in Google Drive or copies you deliberately placed with other providers.

Google API data policy

AgentDisk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
